Pernell Gerver's "Crafts from the Garden" program shows how much the garden is a great source of natural material for making a multitude of beautiful creations. The program highlights those plants and flowers that are particularly useful for using in crafts and how to perserve them. How to make dried flowers, pressed flowers, and preserved flowers and special uses are featured. Included are special sections on creations such as wreaths, swags, centerpieces, arrangements, and more. The program culminates with a how-to demonstration on how to make a simple, but beautiful, wreath. Included is a question & answer session after the program as well as a plant sale of rare, hard-to-find, and useful plants and gardening products.
