Night-blooming cereusNight Blooming Cereus, also known as Beauty of the Night and Queen of the Night (Epiphyllum oxypetalum): to 3', long, trailing stems bear large, striking creamy-white flowers. Each flower is up to a foot across and nearly as long. The satiny petals surround a cluster of prominent stamens. The flowers are pink when in bud and open creamy white with a hint of red at their base. Flower buds appear along the bottom of its stems in late spring and begin blooming by early summer.
