Mayapple flowerMayappleMayapple (Podophyllum peltatum): to 24", This spring-blooming woodland wildflower forms impressive colonies. Its large leaves emerge from the spring tightly furled, then unfurl to sit atop their stems like an umbrella. A single white flower sits in the crotch between the leaves.
