Dill (sun to part shade)
graveolens: 2', Dill has a cool flavor. Its fresh, frozen, or
dried leaves can be added to soup, cucumber salad, tomato salad,
creamy dips, and fish dishes. Its especially good with salmon.
Chop fresh leaves and sprinkle atop a salad. Its also used to
flavor pickles. For a cool summer treat, I sprinkle fresh, chopped
leaves on sliced cucumbers. A live plant. - $10
